IGN operates two GMP-certified manufacturing facilities in İzmir, Türkiye — one of which holds accreditation from the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health. Both facilities operate under internationally recognised GMP standards with full batch traceability, documented in-process controls, and audit-ready quality systems. Production vessels range from pilot-scale batches to full commercial volumes, supporting clients from first launch through to high-volume retail supply.
Our manufacturing capability spans emulsions, gels, serums, oils, suspensions, balms, sticks, and liquid systems across all major categories. Multiple filling technologies support tubes, jars, bottles, airless dispensers, droppers, pumps, sticks, and sachets. Because R&D, manufacturing, and filling operate within the same facility complex under the same technical team, scale-up from lab batch to full production carries no handover risk — from a 500-unit pilot to a 50,000-unit commercial deployment.
