Primary Manufacturing Facility

IGN's primary manufacturing facility holds GMP certification awarded by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health — one of the most rigorous cosmetic manufacturing accreditations available, assessed and enforced by a national regulatory authority rather than a third-party auditor. Ministry of Health GMP certification requires full facility inspection, documented quality management systems, and batch traceability across the entire production chain. It is the standard that separates facilities trusted by multinational corporate clients and international retail programmes from those operating under lighter-touch certification frameworks — and it is why IGN is consistently selected by corporate cosmetic houses, pharmacy chains, and international distributors as their preferred manufacturing partner in the region.

IGN's R&D laboratory operates within the same complex as the manufacturing facilities — not outsourced, not at a separate site. Equipped for full formulation development, accelerated and real-time stability testing, microbiological challenge testing, compatibility testing, and performance evaluation. With five dedicated R&D scientists and a stock formula library of 1,400+ SKUs, the laboratory supports stock formula access, catalogue adaptation, and fully bespoke development simultaneously. Because R&D and manufacturing share the same facility and the same technical team, scale-up from approved lab sample to GMP production batch is managed without handover risk.

IGN's secondary production facility supports pilot batch manufacturing, smaller production runs, and flexible format development — operating under the same GMP quality management system as the primary facility.
