Berkin Efe Nacar
General Manager
Berkin leads IGN's manufacturing, R&D, and technical operations from the group's İzmir headquarters. He oversees production across both GMP-certified facilities, the in-house R&D laboratory, and the quality and technical teams responsible for formulation development, stability testing, and batch release.
As a second generation executive, Berkin has built his expertise from the factory floor up — developing a hands-on understanding of formulation science, manufacturing process, and quality management that informs both day-to-day operations and longer-term technical investment decisions.
